We want every person to have access to great live music events. Above all, this should not fail because of money. And that’s why we don’t charge admission to any of our concerts. Das Ruby Rosi stellt Pizza und Getränke zur Verfügung. Wasser, Softdrinks, Bier sind möglich. Weitere Getränke wie Longdrinks, Weine, etc. bitte mit uns vor Ort absprechen. Harte Spirituosen können wir leider nicht anbieten bzw. wären selber zu zahlen.

DANNY

Danny ist ein Singer Songwriter mit Pop-Rock Sound aus Berlin. Aktuell lebt er in Düsseldorf. Bereits im Alter von 12 entdeckte Danny die Straßenmusik für sich, die bis heute starken Einfluss auf seinen Musikstil nimmt. Seine Songs zeichnen sich vor allem durch authentisches Storytelling aus. Dabei spricht Danny oft über das Streben nach den eigenen Träumen aber auch die Zweifel an sich selbst. Musikalisch inspirieren lässt er sich dabei von Größen wie Coldplay, John Mayer und Ed Sheeran. 2020 während des zweiten Lockdowns spielte Danny eine deutschlandweite Arena Tour, die via Livestream auf seinem Instagram stattfand.

Seit 2019 performt er auf Netflix in der Musik Show „Sing On! Germany“. Er tourte bereits deutschlandweit und auch international als Straßenmusiker und spielte in Städten wie: USA: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco, Seattle Europe: Rome, Amsterdam, Paris, Budapest, Tel Aviv, Dublin, Vienna.

LA NOCE

La Noce is a singer-songwriter blending electronic textures, blues and pop into visceral, politically charged songwriting, carried by an intense and unmistakable voice. In 2022 she released Libera, a music and theatre project created with journalist and performer Cecilia Lavatore, centered on women’s stories and the fight for rights, where music and spoken word become a collective act.

Her work has earned major awards, including the Meeting Music Contest (selected by Morgan), the Nuovo IMAIE Prize, and in 2025 the Stream Believe Prize at Music For Change, leading her to perform in Sanremo during Festival week. She has taken part in Sofar Sounds, with her performance shared on Sofar’s global channels, and her Imelda May covers have been reposted by Imelda May herself. She has opened shows for artists such as Rocco Hunt, Bandabardò, Sabina Guzzanti and Patagarri, bringing powerful energy to the stage.

WILLIAM JACK

William Jack is an Australian multi-style cellist and songwriter, based in London. He is best known for incorporating his jazz guitar background into an unconventional style of cello playing, with a passion for breaking boundaries between genres and cultures. His music transitions seamlessly from virtuosic folk & bluegrass compositions, to non-Western sound worlds.

Since his classical studies in Vienna, William has forged his own cello pathway, touring Europe, Australia and the UK extensively. He has recently performed his solo compositions from his album collection ‘This Old Cello Box’ live on BBC Radio 3 at the Edinburgh Fringe and was selected to perform as a ‘New Folk’ songwriter at the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas. William received the best music award at the 2025 Adelaide Fringe. He has been fortunate to work with numerous world-renowned artists, both as a session musician and collaborator. IS THIS A CONCERT OR DINNER MUSIC?
Quite clearly: concert! With the concerts we want to promote newcomer musicians with their own music, bring new music to the people, eat something good and have a great time with other people. For this to work, you should also listen to the bands at the concert and get involved with the music. This way, the artists are not disturbed in their performance and the other guests are not disturbed while listening – and nothing stands in the way of a unique concert evening for everyone!

FOOD & DRINKS?
The Ruby Lucy offers a bar with a large selection of drinks at moderate prices. For the small appetite there is a selection of snacks. However, cash payment is not possible.

We want to hear the music! That’s why we kindly ask you to be considerate when ordering drinks. Please order beverages that are noisy to prepare, like coffee or cocktails, before the performance starts or during breaks. You’ll have plenty of time to do so. The artists and the audience will thank you for it!

Why ADMISSION FREE?
We want every person to have access to great live music events. Above all, this should not fail because of money. And that’s why we don’t charge admission to any of our concerts. Of course, we also have to cover our costs and pay fair fees to the musicians for their performances. That’s why we pass around our KÜNSTLERHUT at all our concerts. You are welcome to donate money to the artist in this hat. Of course only if you like it and your situation allows it! This way you can do something good for the artist and for other concert-goers who otherwise would not have enough money to attend concerts. The content of the hat goes 100% to the artists.
